Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only using UPS. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and UPS delivery schedules.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $200. Orders under $200 will be charged shipping at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to have the order reshipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, Anyah’s Closet LLC is not responsible for delays caused by UPS. If your package is lost or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact UPS first to file a claim or request assistance. We will gladly assist if additional information is needed.
