Customers may request to cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it.

After the 2-hour cancellation window has passed, orders begin processing and cannot be canceled.

8. Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Orders are shipped through UPS.

We currently ship only within the United States.

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders over $200 before taxes and discounts, unless otherwise stated.

Once an order has shipped, Anyah’s Closet LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

If your package is marked as lost, customers should first contact UPS to file a claim or locate the shipment. If the issue cannot be resolved, please contact us at Support@AnyahsCloset.com, and we will review the situation. At our discretion, we may resend your order if appropriate.

9. Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless required by applicable law or if you receive the wrong item or an item that arrives damaged.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
